About the role

As a Real Estate Consultant at COOGEE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INC.', you will play a vital role in providing strategic advice and support to the company's real estate projects. Based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, this project-based position will see you collaborate closely with the wider team to drive the success of COOGEE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INC.'s sustainability-focused initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify the latest trends and opportunities in the real estate industry
  2. Providing expert guidance and recommendations on property acquisition, development, and management
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop sustainable, innovative real estate solutions
  4. Overseeing the implementation of real estate projects, ensuring they adhere to the company's environmental and sustainability principles
  5. Identifying and mitigating any risks or challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle
  6. Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the leadership team

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in real estate consulting or a related field, with a strong understanding of the environment and sustainability consulting industry
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  3. A proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects, with a focus on sustainability and environmental impact
  4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
  5. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, urban planning, or environmental science
  6. Additional qualifications or certifications in sustainability, project management, or real estate would be highly regarded
