  • You're confident handling bookings, managing customer concerns, and navigating multiple platforms like Gorgias, WordPress, and Google Sheets.
  • You're a natural communicator with a neutral accent for phone support and a calm, professional tone in writing.
    You're the kind of person who notices the small stuff, solves problems without hand- holding, and shows up when your team needs you.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with TripWorks, Peek, or even dabbled in bookkeeping before.

  • Jump in for coverage and retention shifts when needed
  • Keep things organized and moving, even without direct supervision
