Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively sell the company's products and services and identify sales opportunities by analyzing consumer and market trends
  • Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads and soliciting new business
  • Research on the latest trends in the industry to find and create opportunities to expand the business and stay up-to-date on movements of company competitors
  • Work closely with existing customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
  • Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure targets and requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor in Business or Marketing courses
  • Open to Fresh Graduates with Chemical Engineer or other relevant course
  • With 2 years or more sales experience within a similar industry
  • Preferably with experience in Plastic polymer industries and preferably doing business in the export zone.
  • Must be a quick learner
  • With strong communication skills
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable in using computer in MS office – excel, outlook, word, etc.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and with car driving experience
  • Willing for 6-days workweek schedule
  • Amenable to report onsite in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
