Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and execution of financial, operational, compliance, and special audits to assess internal controls, regulatory adherence, and process effectiveness.
  • Reviews financial data to identify risks, performs substantive and compliance testing, and monitors implementation of recommendations.
  • Prepares detailed audit reports with findings and remediation plans, tracking progress with stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with accounting standards and policies while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Supervises and mentors audit staff, providing training on methodologies and SAP, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Must Have's:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related course
  • 3 years of leadership experience in Internal Audit, Finance Audit or related-role
  • A strong sense of curiosity and willingness to further improve existing systems / processes. Someone who is not heavily reliant on how things were done but on how things could be.
  • Strong use of data in making decisions
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City, Monday to Friday

Nice to Have but not required:

  • Certified Public Accountant / Certified Internal Audit
  • Experience in IT Audit and accounting systems
  • IT Savvy regardless of MS or MAC Operating Systems
