About the Role:
Tierra Homeres and Partners, CPAs, is seeking a dedicated
Audit Supervisor
to join our team. As an
Audit Supervisor
, you will oversee client engagements, ensure high-quality audit execution, and mentor junior auditors. You'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve compliance and financial sustainability while contributing to the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with PFRS and applicable regulatory standards
  • Supervise, review, and coach associate auditors and senior associates
  • Manage client communications and coordinate audit requirements efficiently
  • Prepare and review working papers, audit reports, and management letters
  • Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and staff performance
  • Support firm-wide training, quality control, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • At least 2 years of progressive audit experience (preferably with supervisory exposure)
  • Strong technical knowledge of PFRS, auditing standards, and BIR/SEC compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple engagements
