JOB DESCRIPTION

Mansfield International, Inc. is seeking skilled and driven professionals for a full-time Audit Supervisor role. This challenging position will lead and oversee the company's audit activities, ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing efficiency across production, inventory, procurement, and sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads and supervises financial, operational, and compliance audits.
  • Reviews internal controls in manufacturing, supply chain, and sales processes.
  • Identifies risks, recommends improvements, and ensures audit findings are implemented.
  • Prepares and reviews audit reports and communicates results to Management.
  • Supervises and mentors audit staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Creates memos and recommends policies that would better safeguard company assets and improve process flow.
  • Prepares audit work programs to serve as guidelines for audit staff in conducting fieldwork and preparing reports.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements best practices.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate from a bachelor degree program in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
  • With at least 3–5 years of audit experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Familiar in all facets of Internal Audit.
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Keen on details and results-oriented.
  • Has good oral and written communication skills.
