The Client Support Associate plays a vital role in providing front-line support to clients by managing inbound calls, handling inquiries on social media platforms, and assisting throughout the loan application process. This position also involves troubleshooting issues with lending kiosks, following up on payments, and verifying new loan applications. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on our Facebook page and Viber community
  • Assist clients throughout the loan application process
  • Troubleshoot errors on our lending kiosks
  • Conduct follow-ups and collect payments from pre-due and due clients
  • Verify and approve new loan applications

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with social media and messaging platforms (e.g., Facebook, Viber)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in lending or financial services is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized
