  • Responsible for managing the Accounting functions and operations of U-Bix affiliate, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, ascertaining the propriety of financial transactions in conformity with accounting standards, company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for providing support the operations of the Affiliates in the areas of financial control, financial reporting, general and payables accounting budgeting, cost accounting and taxation.
  • Responsible for managing external audit engagement and coordination completion and filing of audited financial statements and statutory financial reports.
  • Coordinates closely with U-Bix Treasury for efficient management of Affiliates' cash to ensure timely payment of financial obligations and maintaining adequate cash required for operations.
  • Coordinates closely with U-bix Tax team for efficient management of Affiliates' tax obligations to ensure accurate and timely filing and payment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and course equivalent
  • Must have at least 10 years relevant experience, at least 2 years of which are in managerial capacity
  • With advanced knowledge in general accounting, financial planning and analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledgeable in automated accounting systems
  • Proficient in the preparation of management reports and presentations
  • With excellent leadership skills
  • Highly proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • With very good written and oral communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
