Lean Solutions Group – Data Analyst

Position Overview

The Data Analyst within the Workforce Analytics division is responsible for collecting, storing, validating, and analyzing data to support operational decision-making and process optimization. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI dashboards and other data analytics tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and meaningful insights.

The Data Analyst will regularly track, report, and communicate on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to both internal teams and external clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, as it involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams through email, virtual, and on-site meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Explore, visualize, and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop, update, and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of imported data by conducting validations and collaborating with QA Specialists when necessary.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring smooth functionality of reporting systems.
  • Build tabular and visualization reports to support operational and client needs.
  • Audit and validate dashboards daily to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Track and communicate KPI performance across departments and escalate issues where needed.
  • Conduct time studies and benchmarks to measure staff productivity and process efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports, insights, and recommendations based on historical and real-time data.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Analytics leadership and Data Specialists to align reporting with business objectives.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings to provide operational insights and support.
  • Support system upgrades, fixes, and dashboard improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely submission of reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Data Assistant or in a similar analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • English proficiency: Level B2 or higher.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, adaptability, and teamwork.
