We are looking for a Data Services Representative who can start ASAP. 

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance environment. You will be responsible for achieving the program goals and objectives. 

Salary: PHP 30, 000 + Php 10,000 KPI 

US Working Hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the client's Customer Success team to understand the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) of each customer
  • Create saved queries within the provided databases to reflect the information provided and outlined on the Ideal Customer Profile's
  • Review "Preview Files" of data provided in saved queries
  • Confirm Titles, Companies (Firmographics) align with the Customer ICP
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided:

-Per Customers-Per Team Member 

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience as Data Analyst
  • Excellent at working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent in Research and Analytics.
  • Complex thinker / Technical Thinker (to understand the Products and Services provided by the customers they will be supporting)
  • Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
  • Processor: Core i5 or higher
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
  • Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
  • Minimum Upload Speed: 6 Mbps
