Job Summary

We are looking for Project Administrators to join FT Drafting Corporation.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all project documentation is accurate, well-organized, and readily accessible, supporting efficient project coordination.

They will also handle other related tasks that contribute to the team's success and support the company's goal of delivering excellent service to our clients.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) based on templates for each new project.
  • Create and submit sample submission forms to clients and request samples from suppliers.
  • Liaise with drafting team to create Inspection Test Plans (location plan).
  • Create Inspection test plan forms numbered to suit location plan. (fabrication & site installation).
  • Update inspection test plan criteria to suit for construction engineering and product specification data sheets.
  • Status procurement program from suppliers (check on status of orders placed).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Degree in BS Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, or any related field

(Associate degree or diploma may be considered with relevant experience)

  • More than one (1) year of relevant experience in project administration, project coordination, or related functions
  • Relevant experience in utilizing Dashpivot and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Bluebeam Revu for handling technical drawings is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information responsibly
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability, deadlines, and goal-driven performance
  • Willingness to contribute beyond day-to-day tasks to support the company in meeting tight project deadlines

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

  • Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (Onsite)

  • You will be working onsite.
  • Your equipment will be provided by the company.
  • Alabang, Muntinlupa
