Responsibilities Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications. Sources appropriate data to generate reports to support business decision‑making and business performance monitoring. Creates visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards. Participates in application validation and QA efforts as they pertain to reporting, data, metrics, and report creation and execution. Evaluates and improves existing BI systems. Conducts troubleshooting on BI models. Responds to data and reporting questions & issues including root cause analysis providing timely resolutions. Analyzes product, market, and share trends around Business Reporting (AI, Notifications, Alerts, self‑service). Skills Requirements 3‑5 years of experience in business management; working knowledge of BI technologies, specifically PowerBI. Experience in data warehouse design. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or computer related discipline preferred.
