About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team at Siccion Holdings Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing a range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to work with financial data
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
