Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Specialist who will be responsible for developing compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. This role blends creativity with technical skills in design, multimedia production, and content creation to effectively communicate ideas across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, email newsletters, advertisements, and presentations

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative assets that support business objectives

  • Edit videos, produce animations, and enhance multimedia materials as needed

  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communications

  • Develop and execute creative ideas from concept to final delivery

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

  • Support in copywriting for marketing materials when necessary

  • Assist in photography, video shoots, and content curation

  • Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed for project execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and other relevant creative tools

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of basic photography and video production is a plus

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools) is an advantage
