What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution and mentor junior designers while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. You will produce advanced digital and print assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive design strategy for marketing campaigns. If you have expert-level design skills, leadership experience, and a strong portfolio, join us to elevate our brand.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Review and approve design work from junior designers for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team skills and creative execution.
  • Establish design best practices, workflows, and templates to improve efficiency.
  • Produce advanced digital and print assets including sales collateral, pitch decks, and campaign materials.
  • Design creative assets for social media, email marketing, ads, blogs, and website enhancements.
  • Create high-quality trade show materials such as booth panels, banners, and event collateral.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic design solutions.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective design concepts aligned with project objectives.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries; ensure print-ready accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors and adhere to accessibility and brand standards.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to produce advanced digital and print assets at a senior level.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior designers.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Project management experience with Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and print production coordination.
  • Background in SaaS, wellness, or corporate marketing environments preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with adaptability and initiative.
