WHAT IS A/AN GRAPHIC DESIGNER?

We are a full-service merchandise agency connecting the world's most iconic brands with their fans through branded merchandise. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. We value an entrepreneurial spirit, creative drive, and strong sense of teamwork. This is a key role within our creative process, and we are looking for a skilled individual to help bring our client's brand visions to life.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide variety of creative requests for our internal teams and clients. This is a hands-on design role requiring strong visual execution and consistency. You will be expected to interpret creative briefs, adhere to client brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality work that meets project budgets and deadlines. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously; you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a schedule to manage your workflow.

· Photo Editing & Manipulation

Role Contribution:

Your work is critical to our business goals. The designs you create will be featured in sales pitches, client presentations, and on final products. You will directly support our sales teams in winning new business by providing the compelling visual assets needed to showcase creative capabilities. You will also join a diverse team of designers, illustrators, and photographers, contributing to a collaborative environment of shared learning and professional growth.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent design experience

· 3-5 years graphic design industry experience

· A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill, specifically with projects relevant

to the listed projects needs overview

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

· Solid understanding of core design principles, layout, typography, and composition.

· Experience working is a Mac environment

· Excellent Communication: Articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with internal/external teams.

· Detail Oriented: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

· Strong Time Management Skills: Can self-manage, prioritize tasks effectively and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines.

· Collaborative Partner: Can successfully interpret creative briefs and work closely with salesteam to ensure standards are met.

· Adaptable: Perform well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
