What is your mission?

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets that align with brand standards. If you have strong design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for innovative visual storytelling, join us to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver visual assets for social media, presentations, brochures, ads, packaging, and websites.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into creative solutions.
  • Develop and refine design concepts through iterations while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications, resolution, and platform requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate creative output.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to internal teams and external partners.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proven experience handling multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of AI tools for image or video generation.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects; motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to optimize designs for web, social, and print platforms.
  • Familiarity with file preparation, resolutions, and export standards.
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage time, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and openness to feedback.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
