As we continue to scale, we're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, digital campaigns, and customer-centric designs that drive impact and conversion.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our E-Commerce Marketing team at Chempro Global Services, based in Manila, Philippines. This role will produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, catalogues, social media, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing and branding efforts across web, social media, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce digital assets, including websites, banners, social media graphics, email visuals, and catalogue materials.

· Create and edit video clips for social media platforms.

· Contribute to UI/UX design for brand websites.

· Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Web Development, and SEM teams to deliver timely and effective visual content.

· Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation.

· Identify and implement improvements to design workflows and processes.

· Support Australian-based management in business growth initiatives.

· Develop logos and branding for the expanding business portfolio.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or e-commerce environment.

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are essential.

· Familiarity with best practices for graphics, web, and video content on social media platforms.

· Ability to create effective and engaging online marketing campaigns.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Awareness of current design trends and emerging technologies.

· Experience in brand development and identity design.

Priority: Proven expertise in branding, UI/UX web design, and video/animation for digital campaigns.

Tools & Software Expertise:

· Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Figma, After Effects, Premiere, Acrobat, Canva.

· Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

· UI/UX Design: Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop.

· Catalogue Design: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat.

Bonus Skills:

· Experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux Playground, Gemini, Creatify).

· Familiarity with website builders (e.g., Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress).

· Knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher).
