Caregiving NC II Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Must be a TESDA-certified Caregiving NC II holder
  • With National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)
  • With TM I / TM II (Trainers Methodology) Certificate
  • Preferably with relevant teaching or caregiving experience
  • Patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching
  • Residing near Las Piñas / Alabang or willing to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on caregiving training in line with TESDA curriculum standards
  • Prepare and update lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment tools
  • Teach students essential caregiving skills such as personal care, patient handling, safety, and emergency response
  • Supervise and guide students during practicum, simulations, and actual caregiving activities
  • Evaluate student performance through written tests, practical exams, and competency assessments
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and progress reports
  • Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment in both classroom and practical training settings
  • Provide mentorship, motivation, and constructive feedback to learners
  • Coordinate with the school/training center regarding program requirements and TESDA compliance

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
