Job Title: Private Nurse - Stay-In

Job Summary:

The Nurse Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate and professional nursing and personal care to patients, elderly individuals, or persons with disabilities. This role ensures the physical comfort, safety, and emotional well-being of patients by assisting with daily living activities, administering basic medical care, and supporting health recovery under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Job Details / Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care such as monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medication, and assisting with mobility.
• Support patients with personal hygiene needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition or behavior to medical professionals or family members.
• Assist with rehabilitation exercises or therapy activities as instructed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Nursing or a related healthcare course (with or without license).
• Preferably with experience in caregiving, nursing, or patient assistance.
• Caregiving NC II or Nursing certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and first aid.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and emotionally resilient.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
