About the role

TEVIANT is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in implementing our marketing strategies and driving the growth of our brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials
  3. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform our marketing strategies
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign implementation
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, and make recommendations for improvement
  6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the FMCG industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  3. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to meet deadlines
  6. Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
