As a Multimedia Design Associate, your role will be instrumental in bringing our mission to life by creating compelling multimedia content that engages, informs, and inspires our audiences across digital platforms. This includes video production, social media content, and other dynamic digital assets to support marketing and brand initiatives.

Work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams in a fast-growing startup environment to harness the power of our brands and how they can positively impact the lives of our customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Multimedia Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, GIFs, and interactive assets for social media, digital ads, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Video Editing & Production: Capture, edit, and produce video content for product showcases, promotional campaigns, behind-the-scenes, and events.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Creative Concept Development: Contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns and content strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop multimedia solutions that meet strategic goals.
  • Organize and maintain a multimedia asset library, ensuring easy access for the team.
  • Stay current with multimedia trends, technologies, and tools to ensure Hyperbrands remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of Multimedia Arts, Communication, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or content creation
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video projects, and other multimedia work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software
  • Familiarity with video production equipment, lighting, and sound design is a plus
  • Experience with visual storytelling is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
