Job Description

  • Support the day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and entry of journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies and variances in account balances.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all general ledger activities.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as needed.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for financial reporting and closing.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Job Qualification

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Financial, Management/Management Accounting or equivalent.
  • Highly familiarized to Microsoft applications especially in Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite in Ermita, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
