Job Opportunity:

We seek a highly skilled finance professional to lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for comprehensive and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure tax compliance through accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business operations, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, preferably in a large accounting firm.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team and driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve overall financial performance.
