URGENT HIRING: Trade Marketing Admin Support - Taguig

SALARY: ₱70,000–₱80,000/month

WORK SCHEDULE: Dayshift, Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days WFH

LOCATION: BGC, Taguig

Contract: 12 months project-based

About the role:

Marketing Executive will work closely with the Country Activation Lead and local agencies to ensure the

successful implementation of marketing strategies for total confectionery category.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including trade marketing and sales, to

ensure cohesive execution of brand initiatives. The position demands a deep understanding of local consumer

behavior and market trends to drive effective brand communication and activation.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing and localizing brand communication strategies across categories

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated business planning & creating and managing project

schedules and timelines.

● Lead creation and implementation of marketing activation plans across categories

● Lead coordination with local agency partner to enable social media management, content creation and

eCommerce integration across categories

● Represent market for category/ cluster activities and new product innovations

● Analyze market data to support brand strategy and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.

● 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing in FMCG sector

●Strong analytical and written/ verbal communication skills.

● Experience managing digital and on ground marketing activations at scale

● Proficiency in English and Tagalog, both written and oral.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
