Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotations to prospective customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations to clarify details, address questions, and close deals.
  • Generate leads through outbound cold calls, identifying potential customers and qualifying them.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers and support sales efforts to meet revenue targets.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, trade shows, and marketing activations.
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
  • Support marketing campaigns – both online and offline – by assisting with collateral creation, content, and market research.
  • Maintain a CRM or database of potential and existing customers, tracking follow-ups, calls, and sales progress.
  • Provide administrative and ad‑hoc support as needed, such as preparing reports, doing data entry, or helping with presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Some experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to work outside typical hours for events or client meetings, if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
