Security Assurance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Performs random safety and security inspections across all buildings, documenting any observed issues (e.g., related to fit-outs or tenant renovations).

- Regulates access points and conducts security inspections.

a. Assesses patterns of movement and behavior for intelligence purposes.

- Identifies and reports unsafe conditions, defects, or unusual occurrences observed during building inspections.

- Performs direct inspections or reviews surveillance recordings.

- Acts as the primary emergency responder.

- Provides support in apprehending offenders and coordinates directly with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.

- Has worked as a Detachment Commander for a minimum of five (5) years.

- Adept at industrial security, disaster preparedness, and security compliance.- Possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Adept in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Possess a high level of integrity and trust, as well as the ability to work independently.

- Demonstrates strong integrity and independent work ethic.

- Maintains a positive demeanor and effectively de-escalates conflicts.

- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication.

- Amenable to shifting schedules.

- Can start ASAP.
