About the role:

We are seeking a Security Officer/Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation in Taguig. This full-time role will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, as well as ensuring the security and safety of our premises.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Greeting and assisting all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

  2. Monitoring and controlling access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors can enter

  3. Maintaining a log of all visitors and their activities

  4. Responding to and reporting any security incidents or emergencies

  5. Providing general administrative support, such as answering phone calls and taking messages

  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to security and reception

What we're looking for:

  1. Previous experience in a security or receptionist role, preferably in an office or corporate environment 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors

  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure 4. Proficiency in English and the local language

  3. A professional, courteous and approachable demeanor

  4. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
