Position: Project-In-Charge

  • Contributes to the division's sales by making an appointment to visit job site upon receipts of sales query
  • Attends to clients / sales queries by requesting plan layout from prospective customer to calculate size of areas
  • Prepares the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the local / imported items to be procured, such as piping, wiring and conditioning requirements, accessories needed
  • Ensures completeness of materials before the start of project
  • Prepares the sales proposal / contract (pre-numbered and coded) in conformance with the requirements of the customer with all the above data.
  • Visits jobs site from time to time
  • Arrange meetings and liaises with engineers and other units to discuss and negotiate appropriate costs issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Background in Fire Systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • At least 6 months -1 year of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
