Milestone Solutions is a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses streamline their systems and stand out with strong, professional branding. We're looking for a creative content expert who can turn raw visuals — photos, videos, and ideas — into engaging, high-quality social media content that fits our clients needs.

Responsibilities

  • Edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, team features).
  • Design graphics, carousels, and templates consistent with our brand identity.
  • Edit videos for clarity, pacing, and social impact
  • Maintain a consistent, professional look and feel across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva Pro.
  • A good eye for minimalism, lighting, and clean design.
  • Understanding of current social media formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn visuals).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver polished results on time.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating branded content for consulting, tech, or professional service firms.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios, captions, subtitles, and hooks for social media.
  • Comfortable receiving raw content (clips, voiceovers) and turning it into polished posts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php2, Php3,000.00 per week
