The client is expanding its creator ecosystem and TikTok Shop operations. With 75–100 creators active at any time, they require a dedicated specialist to manage communication, oversee deliverables, source new creators, coordinate product seeding, and ensure seamless, on-brand execution.
This role directly supports creator outreach, content operations, social commerce performance, and community engagement. It is a high-impact position that plays a crucial role in the company's growth and scalability.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves
- Experience managing 75–100+ creators simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Aspire (Grin is acceptable)
- Experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce operations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Professional and consistent communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Yuka, StockPress, or Refunnel
- Background in marketing or influencer strategy
Detailed Responsibilities
Creator Management & Coordination
- Maintain communication with 75–100+ creators
- Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of deliverables
- Troubleshoot creator inquiries
- Coordinate product seeding, briefs, and shipping confirmations
Influencer Outreach & Communication
- Conduct direct outreach to creators
- Source new creators using Aspire, Yuka, Refunnel, and additional tools
- Expand the creator pipeline based on brand goals
- Manage inbound influencer inquiries
Social Commerce Operations (TikTok Shop)
- Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations
- Manage listings, shipping confirmations, order tracking, and product mapping
- Utilize Yuka for seeding workflows and partner coordination
Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to comments and messages across platforms
- Maintain timely, brand-aligned community interactions
Content & Deliverables Management
- Collect and organize creator content, captions, and notes
- Upload approved content to StockPress with proper tagging
- Identify high-performing content for ads and brand placements
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Compile weekly dashboards
- Track KPIs such as pipeline status, deliverables, active creators, and campaign performance
- Pull insights from Aspire and reporting tools
Whitelisting & Usage Rights
- Monitor whitelisting campaigns
- Verify boosting rights on creator posts
Internal Collaboration & Workflow Support
- Route top-performing content to paid and creative teams
- Update briefs, trackers, calendars, and key documents
- Support launches, trends research, competitive insights, and affiliate operations
