Shift Schedule & Rest Days: US Business Hours; Weekends Off

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience working on US healthcare accounts, including knowledge of US benefits
  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and Quality Assurance within healthcare, with a total professional experience of no less than 7 years
  • Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies and certifications
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis, Lean methodologies, corrective and preventive actions, and quality management concepts

Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis & Optimization: Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Project Leadership: Lead process improvement projects, manage initiatives, and oversee successful implementation of changes
  • Methodology Utilization: Apply tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate process improvements
  • Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and reports to monitor process performance and assess the impact of improvements
