We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Consultant – Financial Process and Controls to lead client engagements, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Managing Consultant for Financial Process and Controls, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' finance operations. You'll lead a portfolio of high-impact projects, guide a talented team of consultants, and partner directly with client executives to deliver meaningful results.

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional and leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving operational excellence, and mentoring others. You will apply your expertise in designing, implementing, and strengthening financial processes and internal controls,

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Engagement Management

  • Manage annual revenue portfolio and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Prepare bills of activities (BOA), proposals, and engagement roadmaps for new and existing clients.
  • Review project profitability and team productivity; recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead project performance reviews and ensure timely billing and collection of client fees.

Operations Management

  • Plan resource requirements for client onboarding and delivery.
  • Monitor execution of engagements to ensure alignment with client scope, SLAs, and timelines.
  • Lead operations committee meetings and present dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery systems, technologies, and service quality.

People Management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Mentor junior managers, team leaders, and consultants, strengthening leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor and improve overall team productivity, efficiency, and engagement.

Client & Account Management

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Lead project meetings, present to client executives and boards, and address key issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in financial reporting, analysis, and controls, with at least 5 years in supervisory/managerial roles
  • CPA required. CMA or MBA is an advantage
  • Strong background in financial process design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, client onboarding, and service delivery monitoring.
  • In-depth accounting experience across AP, AR, and GL.
  • Proficiency with financial and business systems such as Xero, Fathom, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
