BPO Dispatch Support Specialist

We are looking for a BPO Dispatch Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatch operations within a BPO setting, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate effective service delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide efficient dispatch support for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Monitor and manage dispatch schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Utilize dispatch software to track service calls and update records accordingly.
- Assist in training new dispatch team members on processes and systems.
- 1-5 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of dispatch processes and logistics.
- Proficient in using dispatch and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
