Immediate Superior: Rider Management Lead

Job Summary: LC Bikes is seeking a male dispatcher to manage the daily field operations of our mobile iced coffee cart business. This role involves coordinating rider assignments, managing inventory, handling rider collections, providing mid-shift support, and assisting with e-bike troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must own a motorcycle, be physically fit, and able to lift items up to 25 kg for cart preparation and restocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch riders to designated coffee cart locations.

• Monitor active routes and provide real-time support for traffic, weather, or logistical issues.

• Manage and restock inventory (ice, coffee, cups, etc.) as needed.

• Ensure coffee carts are fully operational and stocked before deployment.

• Maintain accurate records of rider assignments, inventory, and maintenance.

• Enforce proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Handle daily rider cash collections and remittances.

• Reconcile sales reports and confirm the return of unsold items (cups, etc.).

• Respond to rider requests for additional supplies during shifts (rescue support).

• Troubleshoot minor e-bike issues or mechanical concerns in the field.

• Lift and transport equipment or supplies up to 25 kg when required.

Qualifications:

• Male, preferably aged 20–40

• Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver's license

• Senior High school graduate or equivalent (college level preferred)

• Prior experience in dispatching, field logistics, or food service is a plus

• Familiarity with GPS navigation and POS applications

• Basic mechanical or e-bike troubleshooting skills preferred

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25 kg

• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and on-call field assignments
