We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Accounting Supervisors or Senior Accountants who are ready to step up into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Review and implement internal controls to strengthen financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
