JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Plans, and supervises the daily preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance activities.

· Check and ensures that all machines and equipment are in good running conditions.

· Ensures immediate repair of machine breakdown.

· Controls operating cost by strictly adhering to manpower standard and using cost-effective but functional parts.

· Initiate improvement project related to process, operations, and work simplifications.

· Ensures Consistent Implementation, training and maintenance of retail practices, and safety procedures.

· Promotes discipline and good working attitudes among his subordinates.

· Supervises maintenance technicians and skilled third-party contractual workers.

· Identify, recommend and participate in on-going process improvement initiatives.

· Manage the retails equipment service program.

· Establish service level for stores, equipment, technicians, contractors, and vendors.

· Handles initial review of contracts, check quality standards and cost, and assess service reports of service providers and suppliers.

· Provides reports to stake holder on status of respective projects.

· Informs the manager on all the matter affecting maintenance operations

· Communicate with co-supervisors, maintenance managers, and other team members to discuss maintenance need, priorities, and potential issues.
