Responsibilities

  1. Implement weekly preventive maintenance schedules for all equipments.
  2. Designs / estimates proposed projects.
  3. Regularly check-ups all machines in the plant.
  4. Distribution of work assignments to subordinates equally and properly.
  5. Recommends possible modification of equipement / machines.
  6. Contributes ideas and suggestions for the operational improvement of the section.
  7. Personally attends to emergency work orders.
  8. Request for materials needed for equipments / machine repair.
  9. Evaluates the work performace of subordinates in the section.
  10. Looks into general safety of workers in the section.
  11. Takes charge in safekeeping of tools that are under custody.
  12. Maintains cleanliness of the workshop.
  13. Regularly checks and monitor project on site conducted by maintenance or contractor.
  14. Performs other tasks assigned by superior.
