Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to manage and improve the overall recording, summarizing and analyzing of financial transactions with the objective of providing financial reports required for the management's decisions. The Finance and accounting supervisor's responsibilities will include developing and implementing systems for collating, analyzing and verifying financial information for both management and statutory compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

· Recruits and hires accounting and finance staff and conducts performance evaluations.

· Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Implements and establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation

· Manage preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

· Manages Accounts Receivables and Payables

· Conducts Client credit investigation, verifies credit limits and applicable credit terms.

· Supervises and manages the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

· Collaborates with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.

· Delivers recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.

· Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on funds management, capital investments, pricing decisions, and business planning.

· Conducts other related duties as necessary or assigned by the Board of Directors

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Management and supervisory skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Adept in application of accounting software

· Knowledgeable in tax regulations for corporations

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

·Two to three years or more of related experience is ideal.

CPA is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
