Job description:

AutoKid is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department. This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, monitoring fund allocations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely transaction recording.
  • Validate and monitor the proper documentation and accuracy of entries in Payment Vouchers (PV), Check Vouchers (CV), Sales Invoices (SI), Proforma Invoices (PFI), and receipts.
  • Issue payments to suppliers and secure corresponding official receipts.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Cash Position Report, Bank Loans, and Fund Allocation Reports.
  • Ensure sufficiency of company funds and manage bank reconciliation.
  • Conduct weekly transaction checks across branches.
  • Monitor Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) aging through dashboards.
  • Compute monthly sales reports, sales commissions, and taxes/seaport charges.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss reports per branch and business unit (BU).
  • Approve declared OR/CR, weight and value per BL, and Intellectual Property Royalty.
  • Monitor the status of units upon arrival and manage truck inventory.
  • Oversee Internal Audit Standards (IAS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance.
  • Provide website update data to the Marketing team.
  • Issue gate passes for units scheduled for pull-out.
  • Process Mega Finance loan applications with complete documentation.
  • Maintain and update distribution list of brand new units.
  • Assist in training, development, and supervision of accounting team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, with minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in financial and management accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
