We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Ambulance Document Specialist to join our healthcare team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for quality, and experience in both healthcare and BPO environments, we want to hear from you

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active PH Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting (ICU or Emergency Department experience preferred but not required).
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a BPO under a healthcare account.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills: ability to create, manage, and update detailed records.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work the graveyard shift onsite.
