About the role

This is a full-time customer service role based in Metro Manila. You will be providing 100% chat support for a non-voice account, handling customer inquiries and requests via chat. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and professional customer service via chat
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  3. Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality service
  4. Provide product information and guidance to customers
  5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer service
  7. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or chat support environment
  2. Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
