About the client: The Ortus Club

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

• BGC, Taguig (hybrid)
• 10 AM - 7 PM PHT

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of outreach initiatives. This includes supporting the Campaigns Manager in maintaining data quality, monitoring analytics, and driving engagement through strategic and compliant use of LinkedIn tools.

Responsibilities:

Policing

• Supporting the Campaigns Manager with quality control of data
• Sending out Mass Campaigns thru Linkedin
• Policing Campaign Analytics tabs of projects
• Policing the right usage of Linkedin accounts, tools and mediums

Support

• Filling out campaign analytics data for Linkedin campaigns
• Suggesting other possible methods of outreach to Project Coordinators
• Providing insight into projects regarding Linkedin campaigns
• Providing workshops/tutorials for campaign analytics (if needed)
• Testing to identify effective messaging content
• Keeping CA data and Acquisition reports clean and accurate
• Working closely with respective campaign owners to make sense of the data
• Upkeep, monitoring, and maintaining of Linkedin reputation and usage

Innovation

• Improving Linkedin templates
• Finding ways to improve practices
• Initiating Linkedin Campaign initiatives that are data-driven

Qualifications:

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn
• Strong working knowledge of campaign tracking tools
• Strong working knowledge of backend analytics
• Knowledge of how to maneuver Google tools (Gsheets, Google Analytics)
• Ability to identify problems related to Operational Activities and provide probable solutions
• Data-oriented
• Technologically proficient
