LinkedIn Marketing Specialist (EGGS – – FTLIMS) Position: LinkedIn Marketing Specialist Number of hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: EST Responsibilities Profile Optimization Optimize personal and company LinkedIn profiles for professionalism, completeness, and keyword relevance. Ensure branding consistency across profiles with appropriate logos, banners, and descriptions reflecting finance and real estate focus. Content Creation and Management Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to finance and real estate sectors, focusing on resonant topics. Create and schedule regular posts (articles, updates, infographics, videos) to engage audience. Write and publish thought leadership articles showcasing expertise. Audience Engagement Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Join and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups, contributing valuable insights and fostering relationships. Use interactive content such as polls and questions to engage the audience and gather feedback. Lead Generation and Nurturing Develop lead magnets (e.g., free eBooks, whitepapers, webinars) to attract and capture leads. Utilize LinkedIn’s messaging tools to reach out to potential clients, partners, and influencers with personalized messages. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key decision-makers and potential clients in finance and real estate sectors. Advertising and Sponsored Content Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting specific demographics and professional groups relevant to finance and real estate. Promote high-value content through LinkedIn Sponsored Content to reach a broader audience. Analytics and Reporting Monitor performance using LinkedIn Analytics and other tools. Generate regular reports on engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and campaign performance. Use insights to optimize content and strategies for better results. Collaborations and Partnerships Identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders in finance and real estate to amplify reach. Establish partnerships with other businesses and professionals to co‑create content and host joint events or webinars. Event Promotion Promote online and offline events (webinars, workshops, conferences) through LinkedIn. Provide live updates and post‑event summaries to keep the audience informed and engaged. Trend Monitoring Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in finance and real estate to create timely content. Monitor LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Training and Support Provide training and support to team members on effective LinkedIn usage and best practices. Ensure compliance with LinkedIn’s policies, guidelines, and industry‑specific regulations. Requirements Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or LinkedIn marketing (e.g., LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals, HubSpot Content Marketing, Google Analytics). Understanding of financial principles, markets, investment strategies, and financial products. Knowledge of real estate principles, property management, market analysis, and real estate laws. Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn. Strong skills in content creation, including writing, editing, and developing various content types (articles, infographics, videos). Knowledge of SEO and SEM to optimize content visibility. Proficiency with LinkedIn’s tools and features (Ads, Sales Navigator, Analytics). Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CMS (WordPress). At least 2‑3 years of marketing experience focusing on social media, preferably in finance and real estate sectors. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns. Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and interact effectively with audience. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and campaigns. Ability to generate innovative content ideas and marketing strategies. Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and potential clients. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, executive leadership). Commitment to staying updated with the latest LinkedIn marketing trends, tools, and best practices in finance and real estate.
