About the Job: Join our client team as the Head of Sales In this role, you'll lead efforts to boost sales revenue by crafting effective growth strategies and action plans for global and local markets. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of these plans to meet financial targets.

Want to know more? Apply now Scope & Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue in both global and local markets.

Create tactical action plans to execute sales strategies effectively. Lead the implementation of sales initiatives to achieve financial targets. Provide guidance and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related course. With at least 10 years of proven sales experience in both global and regional markets.

With at least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in the export business. Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in coffee or chocolate manufacturers. Adept at quick and informed decision-making, proficient in negotiation, skilled in category management, sales management, and P&L management.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
