Role Overview:

As an Analyst – Customer Loyalty, you'll be the backbone of consumer lending operations, managing end-to-end credit application processes with accuracy, efficiency, and unwavering professionalism. Be the voice of clarity for stakeholders and the catalyst for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess new and existing consumer credit applications, ensuring alignment with ING's policies and standards.
  • Handle full application processing, including credit reviews, referrals, declines, and appeals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and contributing ideas.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all communications and requests.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge on credit assessment best practices.
  • Deliver high accuracy and quality in credit decisions that reflect ING's risk appetite.
  • Adapt fluidly to evolving organizational dynamics and market conditions.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders ING Careers.
