Sales Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates for apartments and maximize utilization of the multi-level parking facility.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain effective communication with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, leads, and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with operations and management to ensure a smooth booking and customer service process.
  • Participate in local networking or promotional events to build relationships and attract clients.

Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote the company's properties and services.
  • Support the development of online marketing campaigns and advertisements to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Monitor social media pages, respond to customer messages, and ensure consistent branding and communication tone.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, digital flyers, photos, and videos.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php29,000.00 per month
