Role Overview

The Curator is the heart of the Hinabi Privé experience — ensuring that every touchpoint of each gathering embodies grace, artistry, and precision. This role is not limited to event coordination; it is about crafting emotional journeys for our guests through atmosphere, flow, and detail.

You will work closely with creative, culinary, and operations teams to ensure each event feels seamless, elegant, and deeply personal — reflecting the brand's vision of modern Filipino luxury.

This position suits individuals with a background in five-star hospitality, luxury brand management, or experiential events, who possess a refined aesthetic sensibility, strong leadership presence, and unwavering attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and elevate guest experiences across Hinabi Privé events, ensuring each moment communicates intentional design and hospitality.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, creative, and production teams to synchronize storytelling, service, and ambiance.
  • Oversee guest flow and mood, ensuring harmony between environment, music, lighting, and service pacing.
  • Maintain luxury service standards — from guest arrival and welcome rituals to farewell moments.
  • Provide on-site leadership during events, supporting the operations team and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Contribute creative insight to enhance event narratives, tablescapes, and presentation aesthetics.
  • Ensure alignment with brand ethos — craftsmanship, mindfulness, and cultural pride.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, or high-end event management.
  • A refined eye for design, ambiance, and guest experience — comfortable working with creative direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage gracefully with discerning clientele.
  • Professional, composed, and naturally service-oriented.
  • Organized and adaptable, thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • A passion for Filipino culture, artistry, and elevated hospitality is a strong advantage.
