Conference Producer – B2B Events | Singapore-Based Media Company | Remote Work

Join a dynamic B2B online media company headquartered in Singapore, serving markets in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong through industry events, digital content, awards, and research. We are expanding our Event Production team and seeking a Conference Producer to curate high-profile in-person and virtual events on technology and finance sectors.

What you will do:

  • Research industry trends and develop engaging and topical event content
  • Strategize and recruit top-tier industry speakers
  • Manage event agendas from concept to execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure event success
  • Liaise with speakers and clients, and run events on-site
  • Build lasting relationships with industry leaders

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in conference production
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask (work on multiple projects at the same time), meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Excellent time management skills to plan, prioritize and execute tasks
  • Fast learning, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Good attitude towards work
  • Commitment, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
  • Confidence in working with C-suite professionals
  • Background in tech/finance event production and copywriting preferred
