Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining sales documentation, and communicating effectively with clients and internal departments to help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Proven experience in sales; prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy and availability of sales-related materials and equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support as needed.
  • Inform clients promptly of any unforeseen delays or issues.
  • Monitor the sales team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
